6. Returns and Refunds
All Death Queens products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at deathqueensshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
